Download and complete our Hold Harmless Agreement (PDF). This is required to initiate any repossession assignment.

Email It to Us

Send the completed form to repo@dallasrepocompany.com and we will be in contact with you promptly to confirm the assignment and begin the locate process.

Note: If you submit the Hold Harmless by email without calling first, someone from our team will reach out to you directly to confirm details and get started. Forms received after 5PM will be started the following day.
